Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 182(HES) "An Act allowing a dentist to delegate                 
certain duties to a dental assistant."  Without objection, CS FOR              
HOUSE BILL NO. 182(HES) was referred to the Rules Committee.
